Terms and Conditions of Luhta Home online store

These contractual terms and conditions of the online store (hereinafter the "Online Store") of Luhta Home/L-Fashion Group shall apply to the purchase of products via the website at www.luhtahome.fi between Luhta Home/L-Fashion Group (hereinafter the ”Service Provider”) and the customer (hereinafter the "Customer").

In addition to these Terms and Conditions, the Terms of Use of Service Provide’s online service shall apply to the Online Store.

By using this Online Store to purchase products or registering to the Online Store the Customer agrees to the following terms.

Personal data

Certain sections of the Online Store, such as online purchases, requires the provision of personal information. The Service Provider shall process personal data on users obtained through the Service in the manner permitted and required by the applicable legislation on personal data.

The use of personal data is described in more detail in the Privacy Statement.

Ordering and confirmation of order

The contract becomes binding after the Customer submits their order and when the Service Provider has delivered the order confirmation. When the Customer has made the order, the Service Provider will send a confirmation of the order to the email address notified by the Customer. The confirmation contains the main information of the order and estimated delivery time.

In unclear situations, the Customer must contact the Service Provider's Customer Service by email [email protected].


The Service Provider will endeavor to send the ordered products no later than the next business day after the order is received and the delivery will arrive at the post office specified by the user within 2-7 days of receipt of the order. The Service Provider provides deliveries free of charge. The Service Provider can currently offer deliveries only to Finland.

The Service Provider shall not be liable for delays caused by force majeure or for indirect damage caused by delayed delivery.


The Service Provider uses payment services provided by Verifone. The Customer may pay for the product on Online Store using online banking codes or credit / debit cards.

Cancellation and Returns

The customer has a right to cancel the order during 14 days of receiving the order. The cancellation must be done by sending the notice of cancellation to Luhta Home customer service and filling out the return form and sending it to the customer support [email protected] or within the return package of the products to the address: Asiakaspalautus / Luhta Home -verkkokauppa, Luhdantaustankatu 180, 15680 Lahti. The return form can be found on Luhta Home online store luhtahome.fi/returnform.

The Customer must return cancelled product to Luhta Home without delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days of sending the notice of cancellation. The product can be returned to the Post office. Product return is free of charge.

The returned product must be unused, all parts included and in the original packaging. A return form must be within the package. The return form can be downloaded from the Online store at luhtahome.fi/returnform.

The returned product will be inspected and processed, after which the Service Provider will refund the customer's payment for the product to the customer.


The customer has a right to make a reclamation for the ordered products during 14 days of receiving the order. In case of reclamation immediately contact to the customer service [email protected] of the online shop for further information.

The online shop is liable for defects in the sold products according to the applicable law. The consumer has a right to file a dispute in the Consumer Disputes Board in a case of dispute between the online shop and the consumer.
